ProctorWrap Corners
ProctorWrap Corners - vapour permeable factory formed window corners.
ProctorWrap Corners are factory formed from a robust 3-ply polypropylene textile to protect the building fabric and insulation from moisture ingress during construction and for the life of the building. Unlike non vapour permeable products such as foils, tapes, bitumen based membranes and other sealants, ProctorWrap Corners are highly vapour permeable to let your building breathe.
ProctorWrap Corners are made using a unique welding process in the UK to a patented design for ease of installation. In addition to keeping out wind driven rain and drafts, the material permits vapour to escape without reaching dew point thus preventing condensation and related problems such as mould, timber rot, corrosion and loss of thermal resistance of the insulation.
ProctorWrap Probond Flex Tape
ProctorWrap Probond Flex Tape is a single sided aggressive adhesive tape with a high initial and permanent grab and flexible carrier.
Ideal for use as an air and water tight seal on vapour permeable construction membranes and vapour barriers around pipes, windows, overlaps and penetrations.
ProctorWrap Probond Flex Tape is free of solvents, chlorine and formaldehyde.
The elasticity of the ProctorWrap Probond Flex Tape copes well with limited building movement and thermal expansion.
